Destino

High up in the mountains, near the forests, lived a herd of wild horses. The leader of them all was Yar, wise and strong, with a white mane and flashing black eyes. Yar had several sons within the herd, and all of them were greatly respected by the other horses, mares, colts, and fillies. From among them, the new leader who would one day govern them was destined to be born. The youngest of Yar’s sons was born on a night of a round, yellow moon.

But soon, Yar said something was wrong with that little colt; the moon seemed to wander through his eyes, and he could see madness in them. Thus, they began to call him Crazy Little Horse, and everyone started to drift away from him until he was left alone. Then, he met a boy as lonely as he was, and despite his mother’s warnings, he could only think about wanting to be his friend.
