El Pleno de la Real Academia Española (RAE) eligió en su sesión del jueves, 13 de junio, al escritor Javier Cercas (Ibahernando, Cáceres, 1962) para ocupar la silla R, vacante desde el fallecimiento de Javier Marías el 11 de septiembre de 2022.
