Outlaws(Las leyes de la frontera) by Javier Cercas, translated from the Spanish by Anne McLean, is among the ten authors shortlisted for the 2016 International Dublin Literary Award. The prizewinner will be announced on 9 June.

Javier Cercas is the second Spanish author to receive the Taofen Prize, one of the most prestigious literary prizes in China.
